At FD Sports we are committed to protecting all personal and delicate information with full respect of your privacy. By signing up to FD Sports (or by providing the company with any of your data separately) it will be processed by us. Information inputted in any of the sites owned by FD Sports, links clicked and all other information visited on the site (including communication data, location data, traffic data, weblogs and devices).

FD Sports will use your information for selective reasons in the following ways:

•        To ensure you can log into your user account.

Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. By this action we are able to better serve all our users and personalise our service to our individual users.

FD Sports will store your data at point of registration or enrolment. FD Sports may use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services that may be of interest to you and they or we may contact you about these by email or SMS. All existing customers will only be contacted by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those of previous purchases. Only consumers that consent by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions will have their data used by FD Sports or have selected third parties contact them. If you do not want FD Sports to permit selected third parties to use your data, please contact a member of the team.

Through all payment processes at FD Sports, it is the users’ responsibility to read all the terms and conditions of FD Sports and any third party involved (Payment provider, merchant). By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that your data will be used accordingly and you agree FD Sports has no liability for any breach of that privacy policy by the payment providers.

FD Sports may disclose your information to anyone in the company, a subsidiary of FD Sports or companies FD Sports may own as defined in the

companies Act 2006. Information disclosed will be in the nature of:

•        Under legal obligation in which FD Sports must comply to share your personal information. This may include exchanging information to companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk.

•        If FD Sports is acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about all its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

vi.           CONSUMERS RIGHTS

You have the right to opt out of your information and personal data being processed for marketing purposes. This agreement will always include contact with FD Sports to you to let you know what information is being collected. vii.           ACCESS TO INFORMATION

You have the right to access information FD Sports holds at any time. A request can be made by contacting info@footballdomination.com and may be subject to a fee of £15 to cover the cost providing such data.

viii.           CHANGE OF POLICY

FD Sports may change its policy at any time and is subject to regular changes that may affect its users. FD Sports will always notify users by email and direct through the website 10 days before changes. If users continue to use our service after the 10 days’ notice they are complying to the new change of terms.
